Once upon a time a girl met a boy and they fell madly in love. How did they meet?..

Tamara Oehl had a life long best friend named Billy Green and he made friends with a guy named Cameron Tygott who’s best friend happened to be Mr. Matt Nino himself. After years of the guys all being friends, one fateful night, Billy finally introduced Tamara and Matt.

It was Matt’s birthday and they were going to a masquerade dinner and then drinks. Tamara, being Tamara, got all ready with a brunette wig and everything but of course was running late and by the time she was on her way the guys had already migrated to a local bar. When she arrived, Matt was already conversating with another very nice lady but Tamara liked what she saw so when Matt was taking a couple beers down for him and the wrong woman, Tamara simply grabbed the other woman’s beer out of Matt’s hand and said “you’re done talking to her” and he never looked back.

Tamara and Matt took each other by surprise that night. Matt was especially all in when Tamara took off her wig halfway through the evening to reveal the long blonde haired girl she truly is. The next week was magical, but too magical and real for Tamara so she was a poop head a ran away....twice. Matt being the utmost gentlemen he is, let her go and didn’t contact her again.

Cut to a couple years later when Tamara and Billy were becoming roommates again, Matt was there to help on moving day and as soon as she saw him, Tamara knew she was in trouble. The sparks were undeniable and she was drawn to him like a moth to a light.

Tamara then spent the next few months commuting to Matt’s house 1.5 hours each way, even though she lived 10 minutes away from work, just because she wanted to see him everyday no matter how far she had to drive. Needless to say, they moved in together only after a few short months and had fallen madly in love with each other!

Matt told Tamara he wasn’t going to propose until they got a house, even though the ring was hidden in his stupid disgusting Raiders beanie the whole time, knowing full well she would never go near that thing, let along touch it! The special post-it-notes left all around the apartment “nope, not in here” or “nice try but keep looking” did not amuse her.

On March 1st, 2019 they moved into their small house in San Marcos. He proposed on March 2nd…and, of course, she said yes!

A year later… Matt knew Tamara really really wanted a puppy (she had only mentioned it once or twice), but again he told her she had to wait until they got their house with land. She begrudgingly agreed to plan a wedding instead (then postpone a wedding due to Covid).

April 1, 2021 the happy couple finds the perfect farm house to fix up and moves in!

April 26th, Matt makes Tamara the happiest girl in the world a 2nd time by getting her a rottweiler puppy, Frank the ‘Tank’, to add to their family.

In the upcoming months the ranch would grow rapidly and to this day now includes Mr. Chuck Norris, a chubby fat 20lb cat, the 120lb Tanker Tankerson rottweiler mentioned above, 5 chickens, a rooster, 5 ducks, 2 full fish tanks and Raphael the red eared snapper turtle. Melvin, the bunny, and family also run wild through the property and very shortly you will see 2 pigs.
